Do you pee in the swimming pool?

The sea is, of course, where they empty the sewers. Ships also tip their effluent straight into the sea. There are lots of dead bodies in it, too. But the sea doesn’t need chlorination because it’s very, very big.
So, when you go swimming in the sea and swallow a mouthful, you only get a very tiny bit of raw sewage, bilge-water and rotting corpse, but not enough to do you any harm, probably.
When you go swimming in a swimming pool, you get enough chlorine to turn your eyes a funny colour and make them hurt, and that’s why I don’t go there.
In the UK, I don’t go swimming in the sea either; not so much because the water is poisonous but because the beaches are full of detritus, including junkies’ hypodermic syringes.
Lakes in sparsely populated areas are best, but check first for crocodiles, pirana fish and nasty little venomous things that also have a preference for very clean water. A bottle of Brobat will probably keep them away, but then we’re back where I started.
To answer your question, do I pee in swimming pools? I did once when I was very small, and that’s what started me thinking about the above.

My wife has sinus issues as well. She bought a neti pot a few months ago and I laughed at her. She started using it 3 to 4 times a week and has had absolutely no sinus problems since. Usually at this time of year she has horrible sinus headaches. But, this year nothing. I also read that if you use it before sleeping it will reduce snoring. I tried it and it does indeed reduce my snoring. I no longer wake up with a stuffy head and dry mouth. I’m a believer now. It will help to clear out some of the yuck in your head, but the objective is to use it regularly to wash out any irritants before your body can react to them. It’s kind of weird to use though, not uncomfortable, just weird like when you swim in the ocean and get a little water up your nose. For $20 or so it;s sure worth a try.

With regard to living in a residential home (a large home for many).
Safety is a plus point for those whose needs might put them at a greater risk than if they were living in their own home.
Easier acess to medical services. Staff maybe on duty 24/7.
Easier acess to assitance with daily living needs, again, staff may be on duty 24/7.
There may be other services in the home, eg physio, sensory room, computers, bar area, lounge, garden. All of which you can enjoy.
Services like laundry taken care of. There may be maintainance staff who can take care of wheel chairs. (battery charging, pumping up flat tyres, minor tweeks and fixes).
Companionship of others in the home. Shrring of advice, experiences, knowledge.
Pre arranged / organised activity program.
Meal times, this may be seen as either + or -. eg; fixed menus; meal times; lack of freedom of choice; meals may not be suitable for all diets or tastes. poor selection of beverages etc.
Having said that, if you are at the mercy of a small group of staff who have quite a few residents to look after, you may find that it is nearly lunch time before you are up washed and dressed.
Living alone - alone alone or with a carer? Isolation. Poor acess to services.
What sort of income are we looking at? Does the home need to be adapted to meet requirements. How suitable is it to cater for the needs of the individual?

Why they call Napa Valley the Wine COUNTRY and Not the Wine COUNTY?

The term “wine country” is used for any area that has lots of wineries, because it’s usually a VERY special climate and soil. Wine growers are absolutely ensconced in studies of weather and soil conditions. Any frost on the grapes will ruin the wine crop. So the climate must be consistent and temperate, and only a few places on earth are.
Also, there are just as many wineries in the next county over, Sonoma, as there are in Napa. It is all called “wine country” because it is very wealthy and green and often feels like you’re entering a very different place.
Again, it does not refer to the county, it refers to wherever there are veeeery big tracts of land set aside for wineries. These people are very rich and the atmosphere is a combination of back-home country and enormous wealth.

You have to generate a code for your photo if you’re wanting to put it anywhere on your page other than in your albums. You can put photos, images, and all other kinds of graphics on your profile by saving the photo (or whatever it is that you want to put on the page) to your computer. Then you go to an image hosting site, such as Photobucket.com or Tinypic.com (you may be required to open a free account) From the image hosting site you will go to the provided BROWSE button. A window will pop up in which you can choose to open the photo file (or whatever else you want on your profile) After opening the file click on the UPLOAD button provided by the image hoster. You will then be able to use the generated code to place within your profile wherever you want the photo to appear on your page. I. e. The “About Me” section, or “Who I’d like to Meet”, etc.

I’m happy.
My ancestors came to America in 1660–just forty years after the Mayflower landed. They were illegal immigrants, because they were from Prussia, and they were settling in an English colony. Only the English were allowed, of course.
Nobody seemed to care. They were brothers, the two of them. They got off the ship, and set up a little store.
I wonder how the local Delaware and Pawnee indians liked it?
“Silly foreigners!” “Maybe they won’t stay long,” I bet they said.
Later on, each of those boys married girls from France. They too had been smuggled in, because they too were not English–and Pennsylvania was only for William Penn’s followers.
But they grew families.
And their families grew families.
And now, 16-generations, and 400 years later, we’re still saying that only the select few can come in.
Maybe we should all go home. But what happened to my ancestoral home, Prussia. Oh yeah, it isn’t there anymore. It was taken over by immigrants from Germany–and Poland. Maybe I should send them home too.
If we keep following that logic, we all should return to the Garden of Eden–wherever that was. Oh, yeah. Foriegners now live there.
Doggone those foreigners! Why can’t they all go home? Oh, yeah. We are home. Home is where our family is.

If the floors are in good condition, then I would suggest: 1. clean them really well. 2. lightly sand with a super fine grit sand paper ( use a sanding pole so you can stand up). This will clean off any residue etc. I would not skip this step. 3. Clean up again by vacuming then use a tack cloth to get up the fine dust. 4 Now apply a thin even coat of Poly. 5. Sand again, clean up dust again, apply 2nd thin coat of poly. Be sure to use a very good quality large brush to apply the poly. This is not a hard job, just takes a lot of time. Be prepared to allow 2 days to dry between coats. Most people say you can move in after 2 days, but if you can wait a week for the poly to get really hard that is better. I worked in claims for a moving company and we made people wait at least a week so that the floors didn’t get damaged during move in. Hope that helps. You might also want to ask for more help at the place you plan to buy the poly, they can help with bush selection etc.

My doctor recently put me on TEGERTOL for muscle cramps. It has been amazing. not only has the leg cramps gone, but the muscles spasims in my back, and I’m not running to the bathroom every five minutes. I haven’t noticed any side effects, such as drowsiness or the effects marijauna gives. I was seriously considering marijauna myself, but I have a mimor child at home. Ask your doctor about this drug. I have been taking the drug 3 months now.
Check out your drugs on the internet before you take them. I was once given Neurotin (for something many years ago) and I as I recall it was a anti-seziure drug. I could be mistaken, but find a source such as webmd to check it out.
There are studies being done on the effects of marijuana on ms. That’s probably why your doctor gave you the thumbs up. Legally he can’t tell you to smoke it.

I think you need to seek professional help. Seems like you fluctuate between highs and lows and if it were me I would want to know whether it was a mild form of manic depressive illness - if it is then it can be fairly easily treated with lithium or similar medication.
I know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of hurtful remarks or criticisms and particularly when it comes from your family it is hard to deal with. Why you are like you are will be the net result of how you have been raised, or it could be an underlying medical condition.
Perhaps your self esteem has taken a tumble, in which case some therapy will be good for you but please don’t feel that you are weak because you have resisted self-harm, in fact it is quite the opposite, you have shown strength and you need to continue to show strength because however low you feel now I can promise there will be good days ahead - and sure some more bad ones too, but that is life dear!
You need to surround yourself with positive people - yeah I know you cant choose your family but you can choose your friends, so take a look at your circle and see what changes you need to make.
Good luck and happy new year
Mark
