Truthfully, yes. But it’s not going to make that much of a difference. You know all those pesky nose-hairs that can become an embaressment if they get too long and out of control? Well. they actually act as a sort of filter to germs and other pollutants. The germs, dust, etc, gets stuck on the nose and trapped in a booger or sometimes get’s sneezed out. Plus your sinuse just behing your nose are sort of coiled, which also helps. The problem is that most germs we pick up aren’t inhaled. They are usually placed directly into our mouths, noses or eyes when you touch these places with contaminated hands…. It would only help in prevention it were a disease spread by droplet (like TB). Best defense is hand washing, so keep those hands clean!
